#CoffeeOutside: a loosely defined social phenomenon whereby cycling enthusiasts meet at a specified time and location to hand-make coffee, enjoy snacks and meet with friends, outside, oftentimes despite the weather.

Who?
Anyone and everyone! Whether you are a #CoffeeOutside regular or have never participated before, we invite you to attend one of the hosted meetups…or you can host your own ☕.
What?
Hosted Meetups (Sat, Oct 4th): Ride to the designated location and make coffee with friends. It's that simple. One deluxe #CoffeeOutside kit will be given away at each hosted meetup.
Global DIY Meetups (Sat, Oct 4th - Sun, Oct 5th): Don’t live near one of the hosted meetups? Organize your own gathering, alone or with some friends, and enter to win the Grand Prize.
When?
Saturday, October 4th for the hosted meetups (will start at 9am local time unless otherwise stated).
Saturday, Oct 4th or Sunday, Oct 5th for the DIY self-hosted meetups.

2. Host your own DIY meetup!
Solo or with some fellow coffee-sippin’ friends, organize a gathering anywhere in the world. To be eligible for the Grand Prize you must:
RSVP to the Global #CoffeeOutside Event
Keep in mind! You can enter to win the Grand Prize even if you attend a hosted meetup.
Record a ride on the Ride with GPS mobile app & upload a photo of your experience to that ride. It should look kinda like this in your account:

Plan on bringing a kit and brewing your own coffee - that’s part of the fun! Heck, you could even come with pre-made coffee if you want.

If you live near a hosted meetup location, RSVP and then just show up. The local host will randomly draw a name, announce the winner, and give away the deluxe Coffee Outside kit. Keep in mind you can still enter to win the Grand Prize.

Giveaway Details + Rules
Giveaway Dates: Winners of the hosted meetup locations will be announced in person at each local meetup on Saturday, Oct 4th. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on Instagram on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Giveaway Value: The #CoffeeOutside kit has a retail value of $265. The Grand Prize has a retail value of $1,165.
Winner Selection: One name will randomly be selected at each hosted meetup location to win the deluxe #CoffeeOutside kit - you must be present to win. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must RSVP to the Global Event and record a ride using the Ride with GPS mobile app and upload a photo of your #coffeeoutside experience.
Contacting Winners: Winners will be announced in person at each hosted meetup location on October 4th. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email or Instagram the following Monday or Tuesday.
Ride with GPS will put the winner in touch with HiFi to finalize specs for the wheelset and to coordinate shipping details. Ride with GPS will provide reasonable effort to ensure that the package arrives but cannot guarantee that it will.
